You’ve just finished a session. You know how hard you worked. You know how much you sweat. But do you know if you replaced what you lost?
FLOWBIO’s new Supplements & Consumption feature connects the dots between what you consumed and what your body actually lost. Choose your preferred product and quantity, log what you took during your session, and the FLOWBIO App will prescribe a personalised rehydration strategy — built around your sweat data and real-time intake.
STEP ONE: UPDATE YOUR FLOWBIO APP
- Before diving in, make sure your FLOWBIO app is up to date.
- Head to the App Store and check for updates.
- You’ll need the latest version to access supplement tracking.
STEP TWO: HEAD TO SETTINGS
- Open the app and tap Settings (bottom right).
- Then tap ‘My Account’ to access your personal setup options.
STEP THREE: CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE BRAND
- Inside your account menu, scroll down and tap ‘Preferred Supplements'
- This is where you can choose from our extensive list of nutrition brands select your favourite by tapping the 💙
STEP FOUR: RECORD A SESSION AND LOG YOUR CONSUMTION
- Head out for your session, and record it as you normally would using your sensor. Once complete, sync your session in the FLOWBIO app.
- On your session data screen, tap ‘Add Consumption’, then choose your preferred product and input the quantity of fluid and sodium you consumed
- Didn’t use your go-to product this time? No problem. You can select from any product in the list — just choose what you actually consumed during the session.
STEP FIVE: FOLLOW YOUR PERSONALISED REHYDRATION STRATEGY
- Using your sweat data and what you consumed during the session, FLOWBIO’s Advanced Hydration Intelligence (AHi) technology will prescribe a personalised rehydration strategy — showing you exactly how much fluid and sodium your body still needs.
- Follow the guidance to optimise recovery, stay on top of your hydration, and set yourself up for stronger sessions ahead.
